Electrostatic flocking is to make use of the physical characteristics of the same-sex charge repulsion and opposite-sex attraction to make the fluff carry negative charge, and put the object to be flocked under the condition of zero potential or grounding. The fluff is attracted by the plant body by the different potential and accelerates vertically to the surface of the object to be flocked. As the plant body is coated with adhesive, the fluff is stuck vertically on the plant body, therefore, electrostatic flocking is a new production process that uses the natural characteristics of electric charge.

According to the different flocking products, choose the appropriate flocking method, generally divided into three types:

3 nozzle type flocking: connect the power supply, and output tens of thousands of volts of high-voltage static electricity generated by the flocking machine to the industrial nozzle. the fluff in the nozzle is negatively charged, and then the adhesive is sprayed on the surface of the object to be planted. move the nozzle close to the object to be flocked. the fluff flies from the nozzle to the surface of the object to be flocked under the action of high-voltage electric field and is vertically planted on the surface of the adhesive.
